This role is responsible for leading a team of scheduling professionals, providing guidance, and implementing best practices to optimize schedule management processes and drive project success.Job ResponsibilitiesOversee the overall schedule management process, providing work direction to team members while also performing own responsibilitiesProvide leadership and guidance to a team of scheduling professionals, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environmentMentor team members and facilitate their professional developmentEnsure schedule management processes, procedures, and guidelines are maintained, standardized, and consistently adhered toOversee the development and maintenance of sound, CPM logic based, quantity loaded project schedules used to manage workflow across the project life cycleDevelop, maintain, coordinate, and review various metrics, dashboards, reports and deliverables used to evaluate and measure schedule, project, and program performanceLead and participate in initiatives for process improvementSupport recruiting/hiring process as neededMinimum Qualifications5+ years supporting project lifecycle and demonstrating strong interpersonal skillsBachelor’s degree required, preferred Engineering, Business, or Construction Management disciplinesPreferred Qualifications Proven experience in schedule management, project management, or related leadership roleStrong proficiency in Primavera P6Knowledge of project and program scheduling principles, including the management of integrated schedules across multiple projects and work streamsDemonstrated experience supporting large-scale construction programsExcellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team membersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholdersKnowledge of project management methodologies, such as PMBOKEnd Date: 09/03/2026 Pay Range Minimum: $104,083.72 Pay Range Maximum: $156,125.32 The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.
