Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Flexibility Available)
Pay: $20.00-$24.00/hour DOE

Position Overview


We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter to join our growing team in Eau Claire. This position is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and recruiting databases.
• Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, skills, and cultural fit.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Write and update job descriptions and job advertisements.
• Post job opportunities across multiple recruiting platforms.
• Review resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and pre-employment screenings.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Maintain accurate records within CRM and applicant tracking systems.
• Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Promote employer branding and a positive candidate experience.
• Provide reporting and recruiting activity updates to leadership.
• Support additional recruiting, administrative, and office initiatives as needed.

Preferred

• Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, sales, administrative, or receptionist experience.
• Experience interviewing or screening candidates.
• Experience using CRM, ATS, or recruiting software.
• Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or relevant professional experience.
• Recent graduates in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
