Short-Term Contract: Development Systems & Donor Data Manager (8-Week Project)

Project Overview
Seeking an experienced Development Systems & Donor Data Manager for an 8-week project focused on optimizing Raiser's Edge NXT, improving donor data quality, strengthening gift processing workflows, and enhancing fundraising reporting capabilities.
Project Responsibilities
- Assess and improve the integrity of donor and gift records in Raiser's Edge NXT.
- Perform database cleanup, deduplication, and standardization.
- Review and optimize gift processing procedures and data-entry practices.
- Develop reports, queries, exports, dashboards, and mailing lists to support fundraising and leadership needs.
- Assist with gift and financial reconciliation activities.
- Evaluate database workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Support integrations, imports, and data management best practices.
- Document procedures and provide knowledge transfer to internal staff.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT.
- Proven expertise in gift processing, donor database management, and reporting.
- Experience with database cleanup, data governance, and reconciliation.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
- Experience with ResearchPoint, ImportOmatic, Classy, or similar fundraising platforms preferred.
