This hybrid role will work on average 2-3 days in the office or at a job site weekly. This requires us to deliver on our promises and always look for new opportunities to grow, both ourselves and our business.Our TeamOur team collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to successfully execute large complex gas projects while maintaining schedule and budget and mitigating risks.What You'll DoManage complex gas projects up to $10MM which may include transmission and distribution gas main replacements, regulator/take stations, lining, and bridge/railroad/water crossingsCoordinate and provide direction for the accounting, cost, forecast and construction functions as they relate to the completion of the projectCommunicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide project updates and drive the project(s) to completion Promote a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and efficient resource utilization throughout a network delivery organizationNegotiate and execute contracts and change orders to design team, contractors and othersDiscover and implement the best methods to integrate and track data from several sources to drive project performanceAssist the project management team with scheduling and tracking projects including analyzing data, tracking KPIs, and generating and maintaining reports About YouBachelor’s degree required2+ years of experience in project management, construction management, or engineering; including demonstrated experience with the delivery of projects required2+ years of experience leading cross functional teams requiredDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at a time preferredExperience with PowerBI or similar tools to create visual dashboards preferredProficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, MS Teams requiredDemonstrated ability to interpret information and analyze relationships among several parts of a problem or situation in order to clearly articulate the findings requiredValid driver’s license requiredSalary$109,000 - $128,000 a yearNational Grid will not be providing visa sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
