What You'll Do:

* Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

* Efficiently dispatch service technicians while optimizing routes and response times.

* Maintain consistent, professional communication with customers, technicians, and internal teams.

* Accurately record service details, technician hours, and job-related information in our dispatch system.

What You Bring to the Table:

* Experience in dispatch operations, ideally in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

* Proficiency with dispatch software (such as ServiceTitan) or similar platforms.

* Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

* A calm, professional demeanor under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* A team-first attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
