Real Estate Inside Sales Agent

We’re hiring a commission-based real estate inside sales representative to join our top-performing team. You’ll be responsible for converting pre-qualified leads into new clients and following up with existing customers to make sure they sell their home with us. The perfect candidate should be a driven sales professional who thrives on success. Compensation: 10%. Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident phone presence. Sales Acumen: Ability to handle objections, build rapport quickly, and close for appointments. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Resimpli, Kixie, GoHighLevel), dialer software, and basic Excel/Google Sheets. Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and capable of working independently.
