ERP Functional Lead - HCM/Payroll (ONLY W2)

Houston, TX (Hybrid)

6-month Contract to Hire

Job Responsibilities:

SAP Team Leadership experience across the Functional modules SAP ECC HCM, Payroll and SuccessFactors
Monitoring and managing daily ERP operational support, IT services desk, and support functions to ensure optimal service to business partners.
Work with Functional team members on service tickets to ensure they are meeting the Service level agreements.
Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
Hands-on Experience working with one or more of the SAP Modules HCM, Payroll and Success Factors.
Work with technical team lead and make sure the Functional Specification requirements are accurate.
Ability to own initiatives, make recommendations and mentor team members when needed.
Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for major incident reviews.
Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery.
Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery.
Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5-6 years SAP team leadership experience cross-functionally in HCM, Payroll and SuccessFactors
