We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our energetic sales team! Responsibilities:

- Relationship build with customers.

- Consultative selling approach.

- Receive inbound phone calls from customers to identify material needs.

- Work up quotes / estimates for material list provided by customer or determine the material list from information provided by customer. Math can be involved such as addition, subtraction, multiply, divide. The highest level of math used is the Pythagorean Theorem. In addition, Company will provide basic formulas to calculate quantities.

- Conduct outbound phone calls

- Customers who are currently in Company data base to stimulate business.

- Non-existing customer ie prospecting and cold calls to find new business.

- Follow up phone calls to customers to “close the deal” and “ask for the order”.

- Attend industry events / trade shows (ie Oklahoma Roofing Contractor Assoc. and others)

- Assist sales team with data entry, estimating, customer notifications and other paperwork.

- Schedule the delivery of materials when applicable.

- QC review of orders prior to production when applicable.

- Maintain Customer Relationship Manager program for sales territory corporate communication.
