Service Operations Manager

Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of projects for the Professional Services team, the full-time remote Service Operations Manager will ensure data integrity, operational excellence, and facilitate project close processes while accommodating global time zones from Manila. Key responsibilities Set up and manage active projects in Workday and Anaplan, ensuring smooth presales to post-sales handoff processes Facilitate project close processes, including tracking Go-Lives and gathering key learnings Analyze weekly data for trends and report key metrics to services leadership, ensuring timely month-end close for Workday Required qualifications Exceptional attention to detail for data accuracy and compliance reporting Experience with SFDC and Workday systems Proactive problem-solving skills to improve processes and address inquiries Strong organizational and time management skills for managing competing deadlines Analytical mindset to interpret data and monitor budgets effectively
