TEMPORARY DON OR S E RVICES ASSISTANT 

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a  Temporary Donor Services Assistant for a non-profit organization servicing the Chattanooga community. This role requires great customer service skills and receipt of cash and donated goods. This is a temporary role now through January 2027. 

Pay rate  

$16.00 per hour 

Schedule and Hours  

Monday- Thursday 7:30am-4:00pm and Friday 7:30am-noon

Temporary Donor Services Assistant   Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Donor Services Team with constituent database, ensuring the integrity of the data, and update database with supplemental information.
• Assist with entering all gifts (membership checks, benefit gifts, annual appeal gifts, etc.) 
• Assist with entering credit card donations, event fees, etc. 
• Assist with importing online donations and purchases (event tickets, etc.)
• Merge and produce letters of acknowledgement for the Development staff.
• Prepare supplemental thank you materials as appropriate. 
• Assist with queries of the database for all mailing lists, invitation lists, email lists, advocacy lists, etc 

Temporary Donor Services Assistant   Qualifications and Requirements

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong in follow-through
• Self-starter who takes initiative and works well both independently and as part of a team
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in data entry or CRM entry preferred
• Lift 50lbs (in office assessment will be conducted)
