Duties include Embroidery Operator, Heat Press Operator & Production Scheduling

Embroidery Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial embroidery machines.
• Load, hoop, and prepare garments for embroidery.
• Monitor machine performance and quality throughout production runs.
• Perform thread changes and basic machine maintenance.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Heat Press Operator

• Previous embroidery machine experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.

Heat Press Responsibilities:

• Apply transfers, vinyl, DTF, and other graphics using heat press equipment.
• Prepare garments and materials for production.
• Ensure correct placement, temperature, pressure, and timing.
• Inspect finished products for quality standards.
• Maintain production records and workflow organization.
• Keep equipment and workstations clean and safe.

Qualifications:

• Experience with heat press equipment preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Production scheduling Responsibilities:
• Create and manage daily and weekly production schedules.
• Coordinate workflow between embroidery, heat press, and fulfillment departments.
• Monitor order deadlines and prioritize production accordingly.
• Communicate production status with management and customer service teams.
• Track inventories and material availability.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.
