The Company is in search of a Vice President to lead its sales, operations, and strategic planning. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's various departments work in harmony to deliver high-quality products and services to clients. The Vice President will also be responsible for overseeing large projects, managing the budget, and fostering a customer-centric and can-do culture within the organization. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 10 years' of executive leadership experience, particularly in a manufacturing environment, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving growth, profitability, and organizational transformation, as well as experience in strategic planning, operational improvement, and culture development. A strong customer focus in both sales and service is essential, as is the ability to lead and manage a team to achieve key performance goals. The role demands a leader who can interpret performance reports, improve internal processes, and ensure the financial health of the business with full P&L responsibility.
