About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President to lead its sales, operations, and strategic planning. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving sales growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and developing and implementing strategies for business expansion. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's various departments work in harmony to deliver high-quality products and services to clients. The Vice President will also be responsible for overseeing large projects, managing the budget, and fostering a customer-centric and can-do culture within the organization. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 10 years' of executive leadership experience, particularly in a manufacturing environment, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving growth, profitability, and organizational transformation, as well as experience in strategic planning, operational improvement, and culture development. A strong customer focus in both sales and service is essential, as is the ability to lead and manage a team to achieve key performance goals. The role demands a leader who can interpret performance reports, improve internal processes, and ensure the financial health of the business with full P&L responsibility.
