Essential Functions Collaborates withseniorleadership to develop and meet company goals while supplyingexpertiseand guidance onarea/divisionoperations. Implementsand communicates the strategic direction of theorganizationwithin the designatedarea/division. Drives exceptional safety performance in thearea/divisionthrough visible, transparent leadership on work sites. Collaborates with otherareas/divisionsand groupsto carry out the organization’s goals andobjectives. Leadsbyexample.AlwaysrepresentsApache favorably.Conducts business in a professional and ethical mannerat all times.Upholds all company and customer policies, procedures and guidelinesand holds others accountable for doingthe same. Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials. Ensures that departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, organization, material efficiency, and facilities are in line with theorganizationsbusiness plan and vision. Communicatesand implements operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution. Reviews and approves cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements forthe designatedarea/division. Establishesand managesthearea/division’sbudget. Presentsregularperformance reports and metrics to theseniorleadership team. Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies, industry bestpracticesand trends in operations management. Provides excellent people leadership includingdeliveringconstructive andtimelyfeedback on performance, handling disciplinary issuesin accordance withcompany policy and supporting team member development for the betterment of the team member and Apache. RepresentsApache in industry-recognized organizations,conferences,and events as an active participant and/or in a leadership role. Otherduties as assigned. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,Construction,Engineering, or another industry-related fieldpreferred. 5-7years ofleadership experience within the industrial construction/maintenance business. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry. Established industry network and regular participation/leadership in industry recognized organizations Demonstrated success in creating and articulating complex strategies and planstobothseniormanagement and peers. Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and influence others positively. Proven ability to drive strategic direction. Executive presence, one whopossessesthe depth of experience to comfortably interact with seniorleaderswithin the company whileremainingaccessible to everyone. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
