This full-time position focuses on delivering high-quality injectable and wellness treatments in a clinical med spa environment.You'll be working with a supportive and experienced team, providing services that include cosmetic injections, weight loss protocols, and hormone therapy — all with a strong focus on client care and results.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform aesthetic injectable treatments: Botox, dermal fillers, and weight loss injections (e.g., Semaglutide, Ozempic, Phentermine)Conduct patient consultations and build customized treatment plansPrescribe and manage hormone therapies, including testosterone and topical compoundsReview lab results and make clinical decisions as neededDocument treatments thoroughly and follow clinical best practicesProvide patient education on procedures, aftercare, and productsAttend in-house training sessions and stay updated on trends and techniquesEnsure a clean, compliant, and patient-focused treatment environmentRequired QualificationsLicensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of FloridaCertified in Botox and dermal fillersExperienced in performing Botox and dermal filler injectionsExperience with weight loss treatments and medications (e.g., GLP-1s, Phentermine)Experience or familiarity with hormone replacement therapyAble to interpret labs and adjust treatment plans accordinglyExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsMust have or be willing to obtain DEA license and malpractice insurancePreferred (But Not Required)Familiarity with: Microneedling (RF or traditional)PRP/PRF facial treatmentsVitamin or IV injections (B12, NAD, glutathione)Laser skin treatments or thread liftsBackground in a medical spa or cosmetic dermatology settingWhat We Offer$50–$65/hour based on skill and experienceTips paid weeklyComplimentary or discounted treatmentsTraining and continuing education opportunitiesDiscounted pricing on skincare and wellness productsCovered travel and accommodations during onboarding (if needed)OnboardingInitial onboarding may include 2–6 weeks of training or shadowing at one of our Florida clinics, with housing and travel provided.
