We're looking for a Store Manager who is excited to lead that mission every single day. This isn't a traditional retail management role. You'll lead a small team, build relationships with customers, create social media content, coach staff, solve problems, and make sure every person who walks through our doors leaves excited to come back. What You'll Do As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of our Ocean City location. Lead and develop a small, customer-focused retail team Oversee daily store operations, cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory Support customers through every stage of their rental and selling experience Handle customer communication via email, phone, text, and in person Create engaging Instagram content including Stories, Reels, and posts Collaborate with our Marketing Manager on content ideas and campaigns Schedule, train, and coach employees Maintain store standards and visual merchandising Manage administrative tasks, reporting, and internal communication Serve as a key holder and ensure smooth day-to-day operations Who You Are You’ll likely thrive in this role if you: Love connecting with people and creating memorable customer experiences Are comfortable leading a team while working alongside them Enjoy creating photo and video content for social media Have strong organizational skills and notice the small details Take ownership and naturally solve problems before they become bigger issues Can balance creativity with operational excellence Believe sustainability should be practical—not just a buzzword Want to work somewhere where your ideas actually matter Qualifications Retail leadership, customer service, or management experience Experience leading or mentoring a team Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using Instagram and creating short-form content Basic photography and video editing skills Passion for fashion, sustainability, and community Available weekends, holidays, and major sales events Salary: $41,600–$47,600 annually We invest heavily in our team and offer: 21 days Paid Time Off $2,400 annual non-taxable cell phone reimbursement $3,600 annual HSA contribution (after 6 months with eligible plan) 401(k) with 3% company match (after one year) Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company About Us The Garb Collection is part of Bowfish, a company committed to challenging what sustainability looks like across every business we operate.
