Industrial Motor Control Technician

**Job Summary:**
The Industrial Motor Control Technician will lead the Rockwell Automation business at Fromm, overseeing the Industrial Controls (IC) segment. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business plans, achieving sales goals, providing technical support, and promoting new IC products.
- Technical degree or equivalent experience in electrical circuits.
- Proficiency in Rockwell IC products, motor control, and network communication.
- Strong time management, decision-making, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn and use business computer systems.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, SCADA design, and marketing strategies.
- Valid driver's license and compliance with vendor guidelines. **Physical Requirements:**
- Involves standing, walking, lifting, and traveling to industrial locations.
