RTD Talent Solutions is representing a premier manufacturing company with offices in Gastonia, NC that is currently seeking an Accounting Manager to join their growing team. This is a full-time, permanent role, with great compensation and benefits.
Our client was founded over 30 years ago, is a well-established leader in the metal fabrication and contract manufacturing space, with decades of experience delivering high-quality, end-to-end production solutions. Known for their reliability and long-standing client relationships, the organization specializes in transforming complex concepts into fully realized, production-ready components.
As their Accounting Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing full-cycle accounting operations within a manufacturing environment, ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost tracking, and independent ownership of the accounting function.
Key job duties, among others:
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial statement preparation.
- Produce timely and accurate financial reports while maintaining strong internal controls with minimal oversight.
