Maryland Port Administration — Dundalk Marine Terminal

Help shape a more resilient and sustainable future for the Port of Baltimore. The Maryland Port Administration is seeking a motivated Professional Engineer to lead complex projects involving environmental remediation, climate resilience, decarbonization, stormwater management, energy efficiency, and sustainable infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

Manage multidisciplinary engineering projects from concept through completion
Lead initiatives addressing sea-level rise, emissions reduction, energy use, and alternative fuels
Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and technical design
Develop agency-wide solutions supporting Maryland’s climate goals

What You’ll Bring

A Maryland Professional Engineer license and at least one year of experience managing engineering projects as a licensed Professional Engineer are required. Comparable out-of-state licensure may be accepted, provided a Maryland license is obtained within 12 months of appointment.
