Gallagher Drive Product Development Lead

Role Description

This position is ideal for a strategic and innovative leader who excels in coordinating cross-functional teams to drive the development and execution of cutting-edge solutions within the Gallagher Drive platform. The role involves leveraging AI capabilities, fostering partnerships, and enhancing user experiences through data-driven strategies. It requires collaboration with design, development, and analytics teams to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement of tools and services, ultimately enhancing Gallagher Drive's offerings to drive sales and client retention.

How you'll make an impact

• Innovation and Solution Development:
  • Coordinate with consultants, industry vertical leaders, carrier partners, and point solutions to gather and ideate future Gallagher Drive innovations and solutions for the Benefits Business Line.
  • Stay current on evolving AI capabilities in the market to leverage solutions to enhance Gallagher's use of AI with clients and prospects.
  • Explore partnerships to create Gallagher-specific products with our partners.
• Design and Prototyping:
  • Coordinate with the design team to develop working prototypes, gather feedback from key stakeholders, and iterate existing innovations and solutions.
  • Coordinate with the development team to execute the approved designs and solutions into the Gallagher Drive platform.
• User Experience and Utilization:
  • Partner with Business Analysts to create Drive utilization flows to guide how different users by client size segment access the universe of Data Tools and Resources available through the Drive platform.
  • Partner with Financial and Talent Business Line Drive resources to ensure a seamless experience across the Drive Platform.
  • Foster collaboration across various business lines to ensure alignment and integration of strategies.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that support overall business objectives.
• Shared Services Collaboration:
  • Work with FAC leadership to enhance and modernize existing tools and services.
  • Collaborate with the Drive Analytics team to incorporate new solutions and strategies into our analytics platform.
  • Support Clinical Team in solutioning and enhancing the Gallagher Drive platform to support the deployment of their market scans and ideate data stories to support their thought leadership.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the effectiveness of the Gallagher Drive Benefits platform.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze utilization and adoption by office and client segments to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for innovation and training.
  • Explore opportunities to automate and push tools and resources directly to service teams, consultants, and clients based on the renewal timeline.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or Engineering (or commensurate experience) and 7 years related product development experience required.
• Desired: Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years’ relevant experience in Strategy, Analytics, and Consulting experience required.
• Strong understanding of analytics concepts, solutions processes, and design thinking.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Tools, PowerBI, etc.
