Lead Associate 2 (Key Holder)

Job Description Lead Associates provide store leadership in the absence of Store Manager / Assistant Manager, demonstrating a commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork. Must demonstrate integrity, resourcefulness, and enjoy a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Close the store, reconcile cash with daily sales reports, and secure the facility for the night Prepare and maintain records of store operations including daily sales reports, cash deposits, opening/closing reports, and conduct inspections when necessary Operate cash register and provide customer service Receive, price, and stock donations; occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs, frequently 10‑35 lbs Hang, inspect, and tag textile & clothing in a production‑style setting Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: Lead or supervisory experience required. Hours: Must be available to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends.
