Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager with 10+ years of hands-on experience managing medium to large-scale programs within the Banking/Financial Services domain .

Key Responsibilities

Manage medium to large-scale banking programs from planning through delivery.
Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
Manage stakeholders and maintain strong communication across teams.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
Work with Agile and Hybrid SDLC delivery models.
Manage multiple teams and coordinate cross-functional activities.
Provide regular project/program status updates to leadership.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Required Skills

10+ years of hands-on Program/Project Management experience.
Strong experience managing medium to large-scale programs.
Strong Banking domain experience.
Experience in Commercial Banking is required.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Strong risk and issue management experience.
Experience with Agile and Hybrid SDLC methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.

Interview Process

Face-to-Face interview is required.
