About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead the next phase of commercial expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a high-impact marketing vision that drives practitioner engagement, deepens account utilization, and elevates the brand nationally. This leadership role involves overseeing the full marketing ecosystem, from brand positioning and demand generation to customer lifecycle strategy, education marketing, and performance analytics. The VP of Marketing will be a hands-on leader, combining strategic thinking with disciplined execution to achieve measurable business outcomes. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Marketing include leading the development of an integrated B2B marketing strategy, building lifecycle programs, and overseeing demand generation and digital marketing initiatives. The role also requires close collaboration with sales and education leadership to create field-ready campaigns, advance practitioner training, and establish marketing performance standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly in complex customer ecosystems, and a strong background in CRM platforms, marketing automation, and performance analytics. A focus on increasing revenue per account, strengthening product adoption, and creating scalable, CRM-driven campaigns is essential. The VP of Marketing will be expected to recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team, and to be known for accountability, creativity, and cross-functional partnership.
