Role Description

This is a phone and desk-based sales role for someone who thrives on outbound conversations and consistent daily activity. Working from our office, you'll contact prospects surfaced through our lead pipeline — developers, architects, general contractors, and facility managers — qualify their interest, book appointments for our outside territory sales reps. This is not a field role — you'll be dialing, following up, and managing your pipeline from a desk rather than visiting job sites. If you enjoy a high volume of calls, don't get rattled by "no," and like tracking your numbers day to day, you'll do well here. Bilingual a plus!

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Making a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospects surfaced through our lead-generation pipeline (planning-stage projects, permit data, and referrals).
• Qualifying leads and booking appointments for the outside territory sales reps.
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of calls, follow-ups, and pipeline status.
• Following a consistent daily call cadence and follow-up schedule.
• Representing a long-established, locally owned company with deep roots in the industry.

This Role Is a Great Fit If You:

• Prefer a structured, activity-driven role over unstructured field work.
• Are comfortable making a high volume of cold and warm calls every day.
• Can handle rejection without losing momentum.
• Like tracking metrics and hitting daily/weekly call and appointment targets.
• Are organized enough to manage a pipeline of leads at different stages.

This Role Is Not a Fit If You:

• Are looking for a field-based, remote, or hybrid sales role.
• Get discouraged easily by a high volume of no's.
• Need a slow, relationship-only sales cycle with no daily call targets.
• Dislike phone work or prefer email-only outreach.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of inside sales, telemarketing, or call center sales experience (B2B preferred)
• Strong phone communication and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
• Basic CRM / data entry proficiency
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.....self managed
• Ability to work independently and within a team
