We're expanding our remote team and seeking motivated, relationship-focused professionals to join us as Remote Client Representatives .

You'll meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments , answer questions, explain available benefits, assist with enrollment, and provide ongoing client support—all from home.

No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

What You'll Do

As a Remote Client Representative , you'll combine customer service, benefits education, and relationship management.

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals and families who have requested benefit information
• Learn about each client's needs and priorities
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
• Answer questions and provide clear, professional guidance
• Assist clients through the application and enrollment process
• Conduct benefit and policy reviews
• Assist with beneficiary updates and ongoing service requests
• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service
• Follow applicable company procedures and state insurance requirements

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be physically located within the United States
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have a computer or laptop with webcam and microphone
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable communicating with clients virtually
• Be willing and able to obtain any required state Life & Health Insurance License

Licensing guidance is provided.
