Regional Energy Lead & Client Partner – UtilitiesLocation: Charlotte or Chicago (In Person) | Practice Area: Energy | Type: PermanentLead the growth of Capco's Energy practice in the Northeast U.S., shaping client strategy, building high-performing teams, and delivering transformational outcomes for leading Utilities organizations.The RoleCapco is seeking an experienced Regional Energy Lead & Client Partner to establish and grow our Utilities consulting business across the East coast/Midwest U.S. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially driven consulting Partner who combines deep Energy & Utilities expertise with a proven ability to develop client relationships, originate new business, and lead large-scale transformation engagements.You will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of strategic client accounts, developing market presence, leading complex pursuits, and growing a high-performing consulting team.
