Pediatrician Position

Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a part-time 0.60 FTE Pediatrician to join our Smokey Point Medical Center team in Marysville, Washington. Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital health—or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.

This position is 100% outpatient. You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7. An inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages. AI Scribing & Summarization support will cut down charting time by half. In our integrated health care model our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $260,772 to $306,791 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)

New Hire Incentives:

• Signing Bonus: New Hires are eligible to receive up 10% of base salary up to $30,000
• Relocation Allowance: Up to $13,000 (based on location at time of offer)

Qualifications:

• Required: Medical Degree MD/DO
• Required: BC/BE Pediatrics or Internal Med-Pediatrics
• Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA
• Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
