Student Jaunt Services Driver

The role of a student Jaunt Services driver is providing safe and reliable transportation for the Jaunt Services program, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable ride for approved riders through the operation of the program's golf carts.

Responsibilities

Safely transport authorized Jaunt riders while adhering to scheduled appointments.
Operate a state-owned University vehicle, ensuring passenger safety at all times.
Accurately complete all required shift documentation.
Collect and deliver materials to various campus offices and locations.

Qualifications

Must be an enrolled student at Auburn University.
Must possess a current driver's license.
Must have a clean driving record.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Must be dependable
Must have a positive attitude
Must possess a strong work ethic
Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be customer service-oriented
Must possess effective verbal communication skills
Must be energetic
Must be able to follow directions
Must dress in appropriate attire, per the Transportation Services departmental dress code

The service is in operation from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, when classes are in session. There is no mandatory weekend work.
