Why This Job Is a Big Deal As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at OTG, you will be at the forefront of building the teams that power our business across North America’s busiest airports. You will partner with leaders on strategic hiring initiatives, shape the future of OTG, and create exceptional candidate experiences. Your impact will extend to high‑volume recruitment efforts, innovative recruiting strategies, and projects that modernize our Talent Acquisition function. In this Role you will… Conduct full‑cycle recruitment, identify strategies to enhance the TA process, and oversee TA projects such as new openings. Screen resumes, interview candidates by video and in person, administer assessments and reference/background checks, and recommend hires. Deliver employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt positions within an assigned territory. Actively source talent using traditional and non‑traditional resources (career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc.). Develop advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates. Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback on the recruiting process. Manage current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Serve as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned location and develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates. Qualifications Prior 3‑5 years of recruiting experience, including high‑volume recruiting. Hospitality, Restaurant, and/or Hotel experience preferred. Familiar and comfortable with HRIS and ATS.
