at Ideal Dental, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and support to both our patients and dental team. Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, first impression

as their go-to point of contact ·

Deliver outstanding customer service

and ensuing each guest has a positive experience ·

Efficiently managing appointment confirmations

and adjusting schedules to keep things running smoothly ·

Coordinating financial agreements

and ensuring clarity for guests ·

Maintaining a clear, organized, and inviting office environment

for both the guests and team members ·

Assisting with other tasks as needed
