Position Overview:
Seeking a dynamic and motivated Litigation Attorney to join an esteemed Litigation Group. The ideal candidate will have a passion for litigation and a willingness to engage in both courtroom practices and alternative dispute resolution methods. Key Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in complex civil litigation matters, from pre-trial through trial.
- Analyze legal issues and develop effective strategies to achieve successful resolutions.
- Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution methods where appropriate.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
- Maintain a strong focus on client relations and communication throughout the litigation process.
- Stay informed about developments in relevant areas of law to provide knowledgeable legal counsel.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the DE state bar and active membership.
- 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in civil litigation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Technology-savvy with an ability to utilize legal research tools and case management software effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
