Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is conducting a search for an experienced Home Health Care Coordinator for Licensed Home Health Care Agencies located in Brooklyn, NY. This is a great opportunity for a smart and responsible team player, to get in with a great company!
Qualifications:
Bilingual Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi a Plus!
Must have prior Home Healthcare office, administrative or clerical experience
Comfortable working on the phone and computer
Must have prior Experience working in a LHCSA, CHHA, MLTC or Home Care Related Field!
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinating Home Health Aide Services
Collaborating with Case Managers, RNs and Staff
Completing referral information
Other related tasks.
Home Care Office located in Brooklyn, NY
