Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities: Recruiter Hospital Setting Metropolitan Behavioral Health (a UHS Facility) A growing, 144-bed behavioral health facility Metropolitan Behavioral Hospital provides a full continuum of inpatient services across the entire patient population, including specialty programs to serve adolescents, adults and older adults, and perform behavioral health assessments 24-hours a day. Additionally, programs for co-occurring behavioral health and substance use issues will be offered to meet the unique needs of this patient population. The facility provides a robust outpatient program utilizing a combination of group, family and individual therapy. Position Summary: We are currently looking for a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role you will be under the direction of the HR Director and responsible for a high volume of recruitment & on-boarding support, and develops sources for prospective employees need to meet staffing requirements. This position primarily performs preliminary screenings, interviews, and testing, routes applications to appropriate Hiring Managers; maintains appropriate employment records and systems including but not limited to job requisitions, postings, applications, resumes, job descriptions, and employee files. The HR Recruiter works directly with the HR Director and Hiring Managers on fulfilling recruitment needs and tracks on-boarding progress through the probation period. This position ensures the confidentiality of all employee and patient information. Qualifications Education: Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in human resources, sales or marketing, business administration or similar field is required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience: Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or similar experience within an acute medical or psychiatric treatment setting. This is an in-person position for per diem to part-time hours.
