Human Resources Customer Service Representative | HR CSR

$17.00/hour | 100% Onsite | Paid Training | Monday–Friday

We’re hiring Human Resources Customer Service Representatives to assist employees and former employees with questions about HR, benefits, and company policies .

If you have recent call center or employee benefits experience and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls regarding HR and benefits
• Resolve customer questions professionally and efficiently
• Research and follow up on unresolved issues
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Explain HR policies and benefits clearly
• Navigate multiple computer systems
• Protect confidential employee information
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer service goals

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• 6+ months of recent call center and/or employee benefits experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Strong computer and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule & Training

Paid Training: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST

Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, with assigned shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST

Candidates must be available to work any assigned shift within this timeframe. Perfect attendance during training is required.
