• Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite Bilingual speakers needed for immediate hire
• Location Requirement: Must reside in Nashville TN area
• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM CST (Final shift will be assigned before training ends)

Position Overview

We are seeking an Onsite   Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representatives to join our team immediately.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to incoming calls and emails from employees and former employees
• Resolve HR and benefits-related inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Track, log, and follow up on all cases and transactions
• Escalate recurring issues to Technical Analysts or Team Managers
• Explain and apply HR and benefits policies and procedures
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data privacy standards
• Follow established protocols and work independently on routine tasks
• Support peak volume periods and attend all mandatory training sessions

What You Bring

• Must be 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of recent 6 months experience in a call center or benefits-related role
• Fluent in Spanish
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
