What You'll DoAs an Airlock Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting precision airlock systems used in demanding industrial environments. You'll work from technical drawings and assembly instructions while ensuring every product meets our high standards for quality, safety, and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble airlock systems and related components according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructionsUse hand tools, power tools, and specialized assembly equipmentPerform inspections and quality checks throughout the assembly processTroubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical assembly issuesEnsure products meet safety, quality, and performance standardsCollaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to achieve production goalsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and follow technical instructions and drawingsCommitment to workplace safety and quality standardsPositive attitude and strong teamwork skillsDependable, self-motivated, and eager to learnPreferred QualificationsExperience in a mechanical assembly, manufacturing, metal fabrication, or industrial shop environmentForklift operation experienceManual drilling and milling experienceTechnical or vocational training in a manufacturing-related fieldNo direct airlock experience?
