Emergency Veterinarian Overnight Shifts

We're a collaborative, independently owned, ER and urgent care facility located in Bakersfield CA. We are staffed by 5 dedicated DVMsand we're looking for a veterinarian to take on overnight shifts as one of our senior ER doctors transitions away from nights after 20 years. He'll remain on board through July 1 (and likely beyond for day shifts), so there's plenty of opportunity for overlap and mentorship.

3x12 hour shifts/week predictable and consistent scheduling

Strong mentorship culture new grads welcome, though internship-trained or 35 years ER/UC experience is ideal

Leadership you can count on our head tech (Ops Director-in-training) and a hands-off PM focused on admin, payroll, insurance, and accounting
