Responsibilities
- Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
- Communicates and documents patient status, plan of care, and progress to the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements
- Active California RN license (unrestricted)
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in outpatient/ambulatory care or similar setting preferred
- Ability to work in an outpatient care setting
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
