What is needed for this job as our Accounts Payable Clerk: 1+ years of experience in accounts payable Experience working in a matrix organization or a multi-location organization Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial data Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and vendors Experience with ERP systems and other accounting software The responsibilities we will trust you with as our Accounts Payable Clerk: Assist with processing a high volume of vendor invoices ensuring accuracy and timely payments Assist with processing employee expense reports Assist with the payment process (checks, ACH, wire transfers) and related delivery thereof Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely recording of all AP transactions Assist with audits by providing documentation and explanations related to accounts payable Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies Assist with payroll related programs such as Concur, Daily Pay, Wisely, Advanced Scheduler and others as needed Assist with other duties and projects as requested What you can expect: Support from an amazing team Opportunities to learn & grow Being a part of a non-profit organization that works to make the community stronger The opportunity to build strong community relationships while building our community YMCA is an Equal Opportunity Employer All Qualified Women, Minorities, Persons with Disabilities, and US Veterans Encouraged to Apply #J-18808-Ljbffr RadNet, Inc.
