If you're the kind of person who holds themselves and their team to a high standard and does it with energy and consistency, keep reading.What You'll Do:Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing kitchen teamEnsure consistent, high-quality food production and presentation across all menu itemsOversee daily kitchen operations from open to closeDrive menu planning and contribute fresh ideas that align with our natural, whole-food philosophyManage ordering, inventory, and food cost controls to minimize waste and maximize qualityUphold rigorous food safety and sanitation standards at all timesMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environmentTrain and cross-train team members, setting clear expectations and holding people accountableCollaborate with store leadership to support the overall success of the marketReport to the Store Owner and RWM Leadership TeamWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of kitchen management experienceA proven track record of leading teams and maintaining quality standards under pressureStrong knowledge of food prep, food safety, and kitchen operationsExperience with ordering, inventory management, and food cost controlsA natural leader who communicates clearly, stays calm under pressure, and holds the team to a high standardHighly motivated, organized, and detail-orientedA genuine passion for real food, natural ingredients, and doing things the right wayReliable, punctual, and ready to work (including weekends as needed)Must communicate through company-designated platforms including Homebase and emailWhat You Get:$25.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experiencePaid Time OffCompany Vision and Dental Plans25% – 50% RWM employee discountFree shift mealNo overnight shifts, our kitchen closes at 3pm (closed all day Sundays)Holiday closuresA tight-knit team where your work actually mattersRoom to grow, most of our leads and managers started on the floorThe chance to be part of something real: a local, independent market that has been a Columbia institution for over 50 yearsRosewood Market is an equal opportunity employer.
