Lee Company is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team within the Facilities & Maintenance industry. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems to keep customer facilities operating safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment failures, performing repairs, executing PMs via CMMS, and supporting small installations and upgrades. You’ll work closely with a family-oriented, people-first team that values safety, training, and quality workmanship, with opportunities for advancement as you grow your skills in a stable, regionally impactful company.
