You support bartenders by anticipating needs, maintaining cleanliness, and moving with urgency during peak service. This fast-paced role builds strong fundamentals, bar knowledge, and the foundation to grow into a bartending role and beyond. As a Bartender, you are the center of hospitality at the bar. As a Bar Lead or AGM, you work closely with your GM to support daily operations while developing your leadership skills. As a General Manager, you are the driving force behind your bar's culture, performance, and guest experience.
