Additional information about the company can be found online at . We are currently looking for a Supervisor Compression Engineering for our Owensboro, KY office. POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Compression Engineering Team Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement of Tier 3 mechanical engineering support for all equipment within natural gas compressor stations. This working leader will oversee a specialized team responsible for performance analysis of centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, project management, leading select initiatives, and conducting advanced troubleshooting including vibration and pulsation analysis. The successful candidate will guide a team of engineers, ensuring technical excellence, operational reliability, and alignment with company goals and values.REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience.Proven record of supporting compressor station operations in an engineering capacity (energy, utilities, or similar sectors preferred).Strong management skills.Experience with relevant software tools for compressor performance.Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills.Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and manage change.Knowledge of safety and quality standards specific to compressor stations.Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.Experience in budgeting and resource management.Able to travel up to 20% of the timeREQUIRED EDUCATION:Bachelor of Science in EngineeringADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Boardwalk Pipelines, LP, maintains a drug-free workplace and will require pre-employment drug & substance abuse testing before hire.Boardwalk Pipelines, LP is an equal opportunity employer.
