What You'll Do

• Perform routine and specialized MRI procedures for inpatients, outpatients, and emergency department patients of all ages
• Verify physician orders and consult with radiologists as needed
• Prepare patients for exams, explain procedures, and provide education
• Adhere strictly to MRI safety standards and protocols
• Administer contrast media, ensuring age-appropriate technical and safety protocols
• Assist radiologists during MRI procedures
• Evaluate image quality and ensure technical accuracy
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain MRI equipment and supplies
• Report equipment issues and perform quality control as per manufacturer guidelines
• Operate hospital computer systems for reporting and documentation

What You Need

• Valid ARRT Certification in MRI
• Proven experience performing MRI procedures
• Strong knowledge of MRI safety standards and protocols
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
