Case Manager (Hybrid)

Our client is seeking a Case Manager to join their growing team. This hybrid position offers a combination of remote and in-office work while supporting clients throughout the case management process.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor client cases from intake through resolution.
Coordinate medical treatment and maintain communication with healthcare providers.
Obtain and organize medical records, bills, and related documentation.
Track and manage Letters of Protection (LOPs) and Letters of Representation (LORs).
Provide regular client updates and ensure accurate case documentation.

Qualifications

2+ years of Case Manager, Personal Injury, Legal Assistant, or related experience.
Experience coordinating medical treatment and working with medical records.
Knowledge of LOPs and LORs required.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
