Restaurant Managing Partner

Compensation Range: $65,000.00 – $65,000.00 About the Role The Restaurant Managing Partner leads Unbridled Hospitality for guests and the team, setting a family‑friendly, fun atmosphere while ensuring top‑quality gourmet burgers, side dishes, and desserts. The role owns all front‑of‑house (FOH) and back‑of‑house (HOH) execution standards, meets operational expectations, and delivers exceptional results. Key Responsibilities Own FOH and HOH execution standards. Meet and exceed all operational expectations. Deliver exceptional results across all restaurant operations. Motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service. Qualifications & Experience Must be 21 years of age. Minimum 2 years of management experience. Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation. Excellent communication and exceptional leadership skills. Strong P&L knowledge. Ability to obtain all required certifications/permits as required by state/local law. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Preferred knowledge of local and state health codes.
