Our facility emphasizes teamwork, regularly hosts professional development opportunities, and maintains a friendly environment that encourages collaboration among healthcare professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Physical Therapist at Raze Orthopedics, your responsibilities will include:Conducting thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and limitations to identify specific objectives and treatment plans.Managing a patient caseload of one patient per hour to ensure personalized attention and care.Administering evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise programs, to enhance patient mobility and quality of life.Developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.Encouraging patients to adopt healthier lifestyles through improved strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic and integrated care approaches.Documenting patient progress accurately and effectively utilizing EMR software such as WebPT.Patient Population / Client FocusAt Raze Orthopedics, we primarily serve patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions that impair mobility. Our diverse patient population includes individuals ranging from athletes to older adults. We prioritize building meaningful relationships with our patients, recognizing that a supportive therapeutic alliance contributes to enhanced recovery outcomes.QualificationsTo qualify for this position, candidates must possess:A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.An active, unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.No history of board or disciplinary actions against their license.Preferred ExperienceWhile prior experience is highly valued, we welcome new graduates who are enthusiastic and driven to make a difference. Preferred qualifications include:Previous experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to design and implement customized exercise programs.Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
