Client Service Associate

Pay Range: $25 - $29.40/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support client onboarding, account setup, and client transitions.
• Handle ongoing account maintenance, including account names, fee schedules, benchmarks, client agreements, and authorized contacts.
• Respond to client inquiries and requests and provide proactive client updates.
• Support client cash-flow requests and coordinate with internal teams to resolve client needs.
• Update client and authorized third-party contact information in CRM systems.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly client reports and presentations.
• Support Client/Relationship Manager meetings and prepare meeting materials.
• Complete due diligence activities and client questionnaires.
• Identify, escalate, and help resolve client experience issues.
• Participate in projects focused on risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and client service improvements.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Experience in financial services, banking, asset management, investment management, or a related environment.
• Experience with client onboarding, account maintenance, or client operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to client requests.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external clients.
