The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of financial records. Key Responsibilities Accounting Operations Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities. Ensure accuracy of general ledger entries, reconciliations, and trial balances. Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Compliance & Regulatory Ensure adherence to statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable laws. Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for statutory filings and audits. Maintain compliance documentation and update processes as per regulatory changes. Financial Control & Reporting Provide timely and accurate reports to management. Process & Systems Management Implement and manage accounting software/tools for efficient record-keeping. Ensure proper documentation and audit trails for all financial transactions. Requirements Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's/master's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification (CA inter, CMA) preferred. 4-6 years of experience in accounting and compliance management. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Key Attributes High attention to detail and accuracy.
