Tax Manager - Construction (Remote in USA) About the job Tax Manager - Construction (Remote in USA) About this Job: We are seeking a talented Tax Manager with construction experience to join our expanding team! This position is fully remote, based in the U.S. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide advanced specialized tax expertise Review research findings, tax returns, and work papers; formulate conclusions consistent with firm policies and professional standards; determine implications and best course of action for the client Ensure all tax advice is technically correct and properly documented Understand the firms policies, procedures, and professional standards Dedicate time to coaching and developing others through training, providing opportunities for them to succeed Actively communicate the clients needs and facts to the appropriate team members to execute the work Build relationships across industry service groups to ensure client service excellence> Develop trust with clients and team members Manage the progression of quality deliverables on time, within scope, and within budget or realization goal Qualifications: Must be motivated, able to multi-task, and organized; maintain a positive attitude; be cooperative and flexible about work assignments and in assisting other team members Excellent verbal> Must have a B.A./B.S. degree in Accounting (MST/MBA is a plus) CPA license 5+ years of work experience; prior experience in the construction industry is a must #J-18808-Ljbffr Yeah!
