Located in Grand Rapids, MN Salary: $25.00/hour + Incentive Pay CDL Class B Laborer - Parking Lot & Asphalt Maintenance$25/hour + Incentive Pay | Grand Rapids, MN Looking for a career that keeps you moving? Express Employment Professionals is hiring a CDL Laborer for a growing company in the Grand Rapids, MN area. This position combines commercial driving with hands-on outdoor work, giving you variety throughout the year. If you enjoy operating equipment, working as part of a team, and taking pride in a job well done, this could be the opportunity you're looking for. What You'll Do
- Operate CDL Class B trucks for commercial parking lot sweeping.
- Assist with asphalt maintenance, including sealcoating, crack filling, and pavement striping.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and perform basic equipment maintenance.
- Help maintain trucks and equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and traffic control devices.
- Operate snowplows, skid steers, loaders, or other snow removal equipment.
- Clear sidewalks, entrances, and walkways using snowblowers and shovels.
- Apply salt, sand, and de-icing materials to commercial properties.
- Valid CDL Class B License with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in asphalt maintenance, parking lot sweeping, or similar equipment operation is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
- Flexible schedule with availability for nights, early mornings, weekends, and seasonal work as needed.
- Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to work as part of a team.
